The Art & Science of Coaching is an international program by Erickson Coaching International – a global leader in coach education with 45 years of experience and the winner of the ICF Distinguished Coaching Education Provider 2024 award.

Participants earn the international Erickson Professional Coach (EPC) certificate, which is recognized worldwide and prepares them for ICF ACC and PCC accreditation.

The program focuses on practice – from day one, you learn how to conduct coaching sessions, participate in live demos, mentoring, and exercises, receiving real-time feedback.

It is based on a solution-focused approach and offers learning flexibility through the possibility of revisiting modules and access to the Erickson Online Academy platform.

This is a cohesive, practical workshop that develops communication skills, supports personal and professional growth, and connects you with a global community of 75,000 coaches across 179 countries.

Four Modules:

Online: 24 days (136 training hours), from 9:15 AM to 3:00 PM.
In-person: 16 days (136 training hours), with the following schedule:
- First day: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Subsequent days: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Module Titles: INSPIRATION, IMPLEMENTATION, COMMITMENT, SATISFACTION.

Mentoring and Practice within the program:

Coaching Triads: A minimum of 6 practice sessions in so-called „coaching triads” during the breaks between modules.
Session Recordings: Submission of 3 recorded coaching sessions for mentor feedback.
Live Feedback: Real-time feedback from the lead trainer during every module.
